Matec APS-100

No dilution of sample is required with the Matec APS 100, which can provide size distribution data down to 10 nanometres in both aqueous and non-aqueous dispersions. Because sound travels through all material media, the APS 100's acoustic attenuation measurements can be made on high concentration and/or opaque samples enabling slurries and colloidal dispersions to be quickly and easily characterised. In addition to size measurements, pH, conductivity and temperature of samples are recorded.

The APS' patent pending hardware design simplifies operation whilst minimising maintenance, samples can either be poured or pumped into the sample cell for analysis.
