Meritics are pleased to introduce the Revolution Powder Analyser for evaluating powder characteristics by predicting the behaviour of powders in process. Flowability, Granulation, Caking and Fluidisation can all be studied. Parameters such as launch angle, avalanche angle, rest angle, height of fluidisation etc are all provided. Agglomeration analysis can be done automatically using a software routine and is ideal for foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals whilst the fluidisation routine has been successful for toners, catalysts, powder coatings and other powders with low fluidisation potential.
