Meritics @ Lab Innovations 2018

Meritics at LabX2018

Sustainability and innovation at the heart of the laboratory industry

Lab Innovations is the UK’s only event dedicated to the laboratory industry attracting professionals who are looking for the latest innovations and services. It is the UK’s largest gathering of laboratory manufacturers and suppliers, making it an important event for powering the business of science. Supported by some of the UK’s top science institutions it has fast become the event to attend for the industry.

You’ll be met by a line-up of over 135 leading suppliers showcasing their latest products, services and innovative new technologies. Every year 100’s of products are launched, offering you the opportunity to get first access to cutting edge solutions. The event is complemented by a free-to-attend programme of inspiring seminars, engaging show features and networking opportunities, giving you the skills and tools to achieve efficiency in your laboratory.

Meritics will be highlighting some of their new products for particle sizing and counting particularly in the nanoparticle region.

The new LS 13320 XR laser diffraction particle size analyser provides real data down to 0.010 microns for particle size measurements and the Spectradyne nCS1 will provide size and concentration measurements on proteins, exosomes and other biologic particles down to 50nm from as little as 3µl of sample..

Being able to identify particles is important when looking at ‘contamination’ in products such as therapeutic protein solutions and the FlowCAM dynamic imaging system provides both concentration and particle size information as well as individual images of particles to enable different types of particle to be identified. Other models provide shape information for looking at larger particles such as beads and algal populations.

Our Revolution powder flow tester is unique in its ability to measure powder flow at different temperatures up to 200 deg C, and our viscometer range is reliable, reproducible and good value for money.
