UPDATE: New address and COVID-19

Meritics are moving offices this week, as of Monday 23rd March our new address will be:

We will do our upmost to limit any disruption however on Friday 20th March our server will be down whilst it moves to the new site so we will have limited or no access to emails throughout the day and over the weekend. COVID-19

In light of the ongoing developments around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to ensure you that we have implemented measures ensuring minimal disruption in these difficult times.

In general terms we have always invested in technology systems that encompass the latest cloud-based infrastructure. This, in relation to the specific threat Coronavirus offers, will allow our office-based teams, either in part or in entirety, to work from home.

In summary our business continuity plan includes:

• 1. Identifying any employees at increased risk.
• 2. The ability for office teams to work from home with uninterrupted phone access.
• 3. Our software systems are cloud-based thus allowing continual access and efficient internal communication.
• 4. Following Gov.uk guidelines to reduce the chances of infection and the spread of the virus.

Our commitment to you: We will continue to supply your order requirements uninterrupted and maintain the highest levels of service you have come to expect from Meritics Ltd.

If we need to come on-site to complete a service or fix an instrument, we will work with you to ensure your and our staff remain safe and well.

Should we start to have any unexpected circumstances which may affect supply we will clearly communicate this to all our customers via our normal communication methods / on our website.
