First Plus

B-One Plus

B-One PLUS is a rotational viscometer or rheometer commonly used in academic research and the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, paint, ink, coatings, chemical, petroleum, automotive and construction industries.

Featuring a torque range from 0.05 to 13 mNm, this digital viscometer is delivered with either L1-L4 or R2-R7 spindles (please specify spindles when ordering) and displays measurements in centipoise (cP) or millipascal-second (mPa.s).

The B-One Plus Viscometer is made for the user who just wants an easy, one-step test, without all the bells and whistles. Like all Lamy Rheology viscometers, the B-One Plus has a wide speed and torque range for measuring the full viscosity spectrum.

The B-One PLUS is the only viscometer in our line that includes spindles with the purchase price. Choose between the L1-L4 spindle set, the R2-R7 spindle set, or the KU 1-10 spindle. This instrument is now also compatible with the MS-BV, MS-SV, MS-ULV, and MS-VANE spindles (purchased separately).

Like the simplicity of the B-One Plus, but really want a temperature probe to monitor your sample’s temperature during testing? That’s now an optional add-on with this instrument.

The B-One Touch rotational viscometer allows the user to freely select any speed between 0.3 and 250 rpm and set measuring times for thixotropic products, making the viscometer the ideal tool for measuring the viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids or pseudoplastics. The viscometer also can determine kinematic viscosity when the product’s density is inputted.
